How can I customize my card online?
Create your own work on the homepage section of this website. Begin just by clicking the Start tab where an instruction will appear to guide you. Or you can choose any of our thousands of templates that can be seen on the same section. There is a list of item categories such as gifts, invitations and greetings cards. Pick one and you’ll find a selection of specific product types like birthday cards, wedding, anniversary cards, etc. Tap on one of these to find various product images.
What are the shipping options?
Normal card orders shipped within the the city should arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending upon the shipping method you choose. This includes 2 days for processing and printing. We use the most efficient shipping method for your choice of delivery options and billing address.
How to track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us with estimated arrival dates and tracking information.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Our website is tested and certified daily to pass intense security tests which means your card is safe and protected from identity theft, viruses and other online threats.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You have an hour to cancel your order after placing it. Call our Customer Service immediately to take action. Cancellations made after an hour cut-off will be charged in full. Please note that if you cancel your order, any personalized items in the order will not be saved.
Are envelopes included in any card order?
Yes, envelopes are included without extra charge. During the checkout process, you will have the option to personalize them with your return address, order extra envelopes, or select other colors. Extra charges will apply.
Envelopes are chosen to match the finished items. Add at least add an extra inch on all sides to determine envelope size.
